Making oneself a priority.

The health and well-being of humans is inseparable from the health of our surrounding environments, and the interactions between the two are complex. Additionally, if your human rights are not met and you struggle to achieve justice, this can affect your well-being. Like sustainability, well-being is an ongoing pursuit that can involve personal reflection, support from family and friends, and care from your community.

A higher level of well-being means that in some sense the individual’s or group’s condition is more positive. Naturally, well-being is interconnected with sustainability.

At Centre for Sustainability we offer advisory, research, policy development, reviews, strategy implementation, training, stakeholder engagement services as well as communication of well-being to organisations and governments to help well-being become the core of everyone’s lives.
